Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Travelodge. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of our strategic, financial, and operational plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide robust financial analysis of historic and forecast performance to identify efficiency, productivity, value-adding, or cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead the financial leadership of Maintenance, ensuring appropriate financial focus, rigour, insight, and challenge to support delivery of the plan and identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Own the management accounting month-end process and ensure operational insight is available at month-end, presented at various forums and Property meetings.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager with a strong commercial awareness and ability to demonstrate implementation of added value and making a difference. You will have:

  • Commercial awareness and ability to demonstrate implementation of added value and making a difference.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data and concepts in a clear and concise way to non-finance professionals.
  • Experience from a CIMA/ACCA/ACA study route.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £72,000, hybrid working, 50% personal discount for hotel bookings, contributory pension scheme, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with length of service, annual bonus, and a focus on learning and career development.
