About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Director - Maintenance to join our team at Travelodge. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of our strategic, financial, and operational plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide robust financial analysis of historic and forecast performance to identify efficiency, productivity, value-adding, or cost-saving opportunities.
  • Lead the financial leadership of Maintenance, ensuring appropriate financial focus, rigour, insight, and challenge to support delivery of the plan and identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Own the management accounting month-end process and ensure operational insight is available at month-end, presented at various forums and Property meetings.

  • A competitive salary of £65,000 - £72,000.
