Job Title: Production Manager - Premium Food Manufacturing

About the Role:

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will lead a team of production staff, manage inventory levels, and develop and implement process improvements to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality
  • Manage inventory levels and develop strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and process improvement techniques
