We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant to join our team at Excell Supply Ltd.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Support for Learning department, with a focus on tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.

This is a temporary maternity cover position, starting in September 2024, and is expected to run for most of the academic year 2024-2025.

The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week, for 33 terms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Support for Learning department
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
