About the Role:

Zimmer + Rohde GmbH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sampling Manager to join our team at the Chelsea Harbour Design Centre. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for maintaining floor sampling and sample room inventory, overseeing the fulfilment of online sample requests, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain floor sampling and sample room inventory by ordering samples and filing replenishments
  2. Oversee the fulfilment of online sample requests daily, ensuring timely delivery
  3. Handle client sample requests, both over the phone and in person, and assist the sales team by gathering and shipping samples to clients
  4. Help maintain the showroom floor by hanging new product and removing discontinued product as needed
  5. Maintain showroom collateral and expand your working knowledge of our collections
  6. Provide support for general showroom requests and projects
  7. Assist clients over the phone and on the showroom floor by providing guidance and product information, as needed
  8. Deliver exceptional customer service and consistently seek to expand your working knowledge of interior design

Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of experience working in a retail or showroom environment
  2. The ability to multitask and be proactive in a fast-paced environment
  3. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the luxury interior design industry
  4. Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
  5. Proficiency in MS Windows and Office suite
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  7. A positive attitude
