Field Services Engineer / Project Coordinator - Facades

Location: South London Projects - Travel Required

Role Overview:

We are excited to partner with our esteemed Facades / Building Envelopes Manufacturing client to recruit a Field Services Engineer / Project Coordinator to join their team, overseeing various construction initiatives across South London.

This position is essential for the business, and we are keen to onboard the right candidate promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate site-related operations, ensuring the effective execution of surveys, inspections, training, and data management.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage work schedules in collaboration with the Site Services Supervisor and Coordinator.
  • Conduct site surveys utilizing a reporting application.
  • Provide on-site customer training.
  • Document and manage project data.
  • Perform site visits, inspections, and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of external wall construction for both low and high-rise buildings.
  • Familiarity with passive fire protection systems and experience working with contractors on-site.
  • A background in engineering, façade management, or installation is beneficial.

Skills:

  • Proficient understanding of site audit software (training will be provided if necessary).
  • Strong grasp of site survey and inspection methodologies.
  • Ability to deliver effective on-site customer training related to fire protection and envelope walling.
