Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Prison Security Escort to join our team at SkyBlue Solutions. As a Prison Security Escort, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Escort: Escort and oversee contractors, such as carpenters, plumbers, and electricians, while they complete their maintenance work.
  • Identification and Briefing: Check the identification of contractors and ensure they have been briefed on security measures.
  • Booking and Tool Management: Book in and out contractors, create a tool list, and ensure all tools are accounted for prior to leaving the work area.
  • Radio Communication: Use the radio to request permission to move contractors within the prison.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills and be able to effectively interact with contractors and other team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Have excellent attention to detail and be able to identify potential security risks.
  • Safety Conscious: Be safety conscious and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Security Vetting: Be able to pass security vetting, including providing references and passing security police checks.
