Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Group Systems Accountant to join our team at La Fosse. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our financial systems to ensure they remain effective, well-controlled, supported, and developed to meet current and future needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Management: Manage and provide technical support for our Group reporting system (Tagetik), including user access, metadata, and month-end/budget tasks, ensuring it meets current and future requirements.
  • System Alignment: Align system data structures with other finance ERPs and resolve discrepancies.
  • Issue Resolution: Address Tagetik issues using expertise or by coordinating with Group IT or consultants.
  • Team Support: Support the Group Accounting and Consolidation Manager and reporting team.
  • System Development: Drive ongoing system development and improvement.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate reports for finance processes.
  • User Training: Train Tagetik users and represent Finance in key system projects, leading implementation and development efforts.

Requirements

  • Accountancy Qualification: Full accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • EPM Experience: Experience with EPM tools and hands-on knowledge of Tagetik, SAP BPC, SAP FC, Hyperion, OneStream, Cognos TM1, or similar
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in application creation, dimensions, data forms, workflow, report design, Smart View, and system integration
  • Chart of Accounts Management: Skilled in managing the chart of accounts, account mapping, and change management
  • Group Accounting Experience: Experience in group accounting
