We are seeking an experienced Customer Accounts Administrator to join our team at Marlowe Fire & Security. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing an effective and professional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a single point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
- Work closely with our National Account Managers to meet customer expectations and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Monitor our National Account mailbox and update client portals and helpdesks as required.
- Process sales orders and manage customer queries and complaints through to completion.
- Compare data from our customers' database and our Marlowe database to ensure alignment.
- Investigate potential closed sites and escalate any potential risks to the business.
We are looking for a professional with excellent administration and computer skills, who is customer-focused and able to resolve customer queries. You should have experience of using and updating customer portals, as well as analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach. You should also have experience of analysing data using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
