Membership Lead Opportunity at a Premier Luxury Wellness Club

Are you passionate about fitness, wellbeing, and delivering an exceptional client experience? We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Membership Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management: Collaborate with our Marketing and Management Teams to review, assess, and categorize potential new Member leads and nurture existing leads using our CRM platform.
  • Commercial Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of potential Member goals and motivations for joining the Club and adapt your sales style to close deals.
  • Brand Ambassador: Embody our brand values, delivering a first-class journey for all prospective members and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
  • Sales and Marketing Alignment: Work closely with marketing, operations, and personal training teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the Club at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and high-net-worth client expectations.
  • Self-motivated and resilient, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
