Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at Home Grown Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and their guests, creating a memorable experience through your expertise and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages to our members and their guests.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and drinks offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our members and their guests feel welcome and valued.
- Work collaboratively with our events team to create customized drink menus and experiences for our members and their guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of quality and service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-end establishment, preferably a private members club or luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our members and their guests.
- Knowledge of mixology and cocktails, with the ability to create unique and innovative drink menus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
