We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in the telecommunications sector to contribute to a significant long-term initiative.
Position: Business Analyst
Location: London
Contract Duration: 6+ months
Work Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
Language Requirement: English
Contract Type: Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Process Enhancement
- Gather and assess requirements utilizing an agile methodology in Azure DevOps, ensuring proper documentation and management within the established framework.
- Illustrate customer journeys across various systems and create comprehensive As-Is and To-Be process workflows and documentation.
- Engage with business users to uncover any overlooked process stages and requirement deficiencies, applying knowledge of telecommunications OSS environments.
- Conduct routine quality assessments with stakeholders and the Design Team (including ITAs, Network Engineers, and Network Architects) to drive improvements.
- Facilitate collaboration between Developers and the Design Team to streamline efforts and eliminate redundancy.
- Assist the Design Lead/Product Owner in formulating business cases and assessing costs and benefits alongside business stakeholders.
Requirements Definition and Management
- Define and document technical requirements clearly.
- Establish acceptance criteria and general guidelines for requirements, business processes, features, user stories, and business rules.
- Work closely with the Agile team to document and manage requirement modifications, maintaining accurate records in Azure DevOps.
