Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team at Banijay Entertainment. As a key member of our Internal Audit function, you will play a critical role in monitoring the control environment and ensuring the effectiveness of our risk management and control processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct internal audit reviews to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of controls across the organization
- Develop and implement action plans to address control gaps and improve risk management
- Work closely with Finance and business leaders to identify and mitigate risks
- Manage the risk assessment process and develop the internal audit plan for approval by the Audit Committee
- Drive and lead the delivery of internal audit reviews, including planning, scoping, and execution
- Prepare draft reports for review and finalize and communicate audit findings in a clear and concise manner
- Follow up with management on actions agreed during internal audit reviews
- Assist in preparing Internal Audit content and progress updates for the Banijay Executive Team and Audit Committee
- Minimum of 5 years internal audit experience
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management principles, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Effective leadership and coaching skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to implement and deliver projects in a timely manner
- Fluent in English
- Data-driven auditing skills and experience an advantage
- International travel opportunities (circa 25%)
- Hybrid working arrangement (3 days per week in the office)
- Permanent, full-time contract
