At Lane Fox, we offer a tailored onboarding program with guidance and support from our committed practice development team and experienced nursing staff. You will have the opportunity to participate in our innovative 'Introduction to Critical Care Nursing' program, which provides both practical and theoretical insights to enhance your capabilities in caring for critically ill patients with respiratory disorders.

Here’s what our team members express about their experience with us...

'I have remained here for an extended period because I genuinely enjoy my role, the patients, and the exceptional collaboration at Lane Fox.'

The Lane Fox Respiratory Unit is recognized as the UK's premier center for weaning and home mechanical ventilation. We focus on managing and delivering long-term follow-up care for individuals with chronic respiratory conditions such as COPD and neuromuscular disorders. Furthermore, our unit provides specialized nurse-led clinics and a home ventilation service for evaluating and advising patients with chronic respiratory issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of tracheostomies and mechanical ventilation
  • Facilitating the weaning process for patients from invasive mechanical ventilation
  • Administering both acute and chronic non-invasive ventilation
  • Delivering high-flow oxygen therapy

If you align with our mission of empowering patients with respiratory failure to achieve independence, this role is an excellent fit for you. We encourage you to reach out to learn more about the position, arrange a unit tour, and inquire about any questions you may have.
