Job Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Program Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our Customer Offers team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering AI-based projects that solve complex energy and automation challenges.

As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercialization of consulting services, ensuring consistency in Statements of Work (SOWs), and compliance with internal processes. You will work closely with lead consultants, business stakeholders, product engineering teams, and executives to manage a portfolio of consulting projects.

Your primary objective will be to drive the successful delivery of key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing operational efficiency. If you are passionate about leveraging AI and other advanced technologies to positively impact business, this role is an excellent opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Maintain Project Processes: Define and develop project processes, playbooks, and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency across all projects.
  2. Oversee Project Portfolio Management: Prioritize, allocate resources, and track performance to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Establish project governance, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance project delivery and quality.
  5. Provide Timely Status Updates: Ensure accurate and timely status reporting to stakeholders.
  6. Manage Project Financials: Collaborate with Finance controllers to manage project financials and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements and Skills
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, or a related quantitative field. A master's degree in a technical field or business administration is a plus.
  2. Experience: 12-15 years of progressive experience in project management in software or IT, with a focus on commercialization of consulting services.
  3. Agile and SaFe Practices: Extensive experience with Agile and/or SaFe practices and tools such as Jira.
  4. Financial Management: Strong understanding of financials, management of budgets, and financial reporting.
  5. Enterprise Business Processes: Good understanding of enterprise business processes and ability to apply them to project management.
