Operations Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join our Customer Offers team in Schneider AI Hub. As a key member of our consulting team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain project processes, playbooks, and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency across all projects.
- Oversee project portfolio management, including prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project governance, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and quality.
- Provide timely and accurate status of projects.
- Manage Project financials in collaboration with Finance controllers across various groups.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, or related quantitative field. Masters' degree in technical field or Business Administration will be a plus.
- 12-15 years' of progressive experience in project management in software or IT.
- Previous experience with the commercialization of consulting services.
- Extensive experience with Agile and/or SaFe practices and tools such as Jira.
- Strong understanding of financials, management of budgets.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
- Good understanding of enterprise business processes.
- Experience in working with global teams.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
