  • Project Portfolio Management: Oversee project portfolio management, including prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Process Development: Define and develop and maintain project processes, playbooks, and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency across all projects.
  • Collaboration and Governance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project governance, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.

Requirements and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, or related quantitative field. Masters' degree in technical field or Business Administration will be a plus.
  • Experience: 12-15 years' of progressive experience in project management in software or IT.
  • Commercialization Experience: Previous experience with the commercialization of consulting services.
  • Agile and SaFe Practices: Extensive experience with Agile and/or SaFe practices and tools such as Jira.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financials, management of budgets.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Global Team Experience: Good understanding of enterprise business processes and experience in working with global teams.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
