- Experience: 12-15 years' of progressive experience in project management in software or IT.
- Commercialization Experience: Previous experience with the commercialization of consulting services.
- Agile and SaFe Practices: Extensive experience with Agile and/or SaFe practices and tools such as Jira.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financials, management of budgets.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills - verbal and written.
- Global Team Experience: Good understanding of enterprise business processes and experience in working with global teams.
- Collaboration and Leadership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
