Astound Commerce is seeking a talented Client Partner to drive strategic client relationships and unlock growth opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering client growth and acquisition, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and leading the charge in developing and executing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster client growth and acquisition through strategic planning and execution
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client portfolio and maximize value
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and client success
  • Craft customized growth strategies backed by data-driven insights to set the stage for client success and long-term partnerships
  • Drive client business planning sessions to align objectives and identify growth pathways for mutual benefit
  • Ensure retention and renewal through secure renewals with enhanced terms and profitability
  • Cultivate lasting relationships built on trust and satisfaction through clear communication and tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Proficiency in SF CRM software and other sales productivity tools
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Community and product acumen above and beyond Commerce
  • Referencable relationships and experience selling professional services within the Salesforce ecosystem
