Astound Commerce is seeking a seasoned Client Partner to drive strategic client relationships and growth opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering meaningful connections, empowering clients, and delivering tangible value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster client growth and acquisition through strategic planning and execution.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client portfolio and maximize value.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and client success.
  • Craft customized growth strategies backed by data-driven insights to set clients up for success.
  • Drive client business planning sessions to align objectives and identify growth pathways.
  • Ensure retention and renewal through secure renewals with enhanced terms and profitability.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships built on trust and satisfaction, understanding client goals and challenges to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in SF CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Community and product acumen above and beyond Commerce.
  • Referencable relationships and experience selling professional services within the Salesforce ecosystem.
