ROLE: Trade Branch Manager

HOURS: 44 per Week - Permanent Role

SALARY: Up to 40,000 basic salary, 10% Zone Allowance, bonus earning potential of up to 10,000 annually, and a New Branch Opening Bonus

WHAT TRADE BRANCH MANAGERS DO:

As a Trade Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading your Branch, using team management skills to lead and develop a small team
  2. Ensuring your Branch operates as effectively as possible
  3. Developing relationships with customers and enhancing the sales and customer experience within the branch
  4. Managing day-to-day Branch operations and the branch team to deliver excellence
  5. Managing team absences and deployment
  6. Supporting the regional teams with recruitment
  7. Providing exceptional customer service and operational standards, ensuring Branch sales targets are achieved
  8. Supporting training and maintaining training records for Branch staff
WHAT WE NEED FROM TRADE BRANCH MANAGERS:

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  1. A hands-on approach with a focus on driving the team to reach sales and branch targets
  2. Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
  3. A customer-focused approach, happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers
  4. A commercial approach to drive sales and maximize margins, ensuring customer satisfaction
  5. Good organizational skills, drive, and leadership abilities to manage a Branch effectively
  6. A full and valid driving license is essential
  7. Strong management skills and experience of leading a team
  8. Experience within a similar management role ideally in a trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing, or uPVC environment could be a distinct advantage
