Role Overview

As a Trade Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team to achieve sales and branch targets. You will develop relationships with customers, enhance the sales and customer experience, and manage day-to-day branch operations.

Requirements
  1. Hands-on approach with a focus on driving the team to reach sales and branch targets
  2. Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
  3. Customer-focused approach, happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers
  4. Commercial approach to drive sales and maximize margins
  5. Good organizational skills, drive, and leadership abilities to manage a branch effectively
  6. A full and valid driving license is essential
