Job Title: Trade Branch Manager

At Eurocell PLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trade Branch Manager to lead our team and drive sales and customer satisfaction in our trade branches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a small team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Ensure effective branch operations and customer experience
  • Develop relationships with customers and enhance sales and customer satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations and team in order to deliver excellence
  • Support regional teams with recruitment and training
  • Provide exceptional customer service and operational standards
Requirements:
  • Hands-on leadership style, focused on driving team to reach sales and branch targets
  • Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
  • Customer-focused approach, happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers
  • Commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins
  • Good organisational skills, drive and leadership abilities to manage a branch effectively
  • Full and valid driving license
  • Strong management skills and experience of leading a team
  • Experience in a similar management role in a trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing or uPVC environment
