About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our Commercial team at ISL Talent. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new business opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential customers within the high-tech manufacturing sector.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and generate new business leads through various channels, perform initial qualification of leads to assess their fit with our product offerings and business goals, and schedule and conduct introductory calls with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Pipeline Development: Collaborate with our Sales Engineer to develop tailored solutions and proposals for qualified leads, assist in the preparation of technical documents to prospects, and track and manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates in our CRM system.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and market insights to our leadership team, and participate in regular sales meetings, providing updates on market trends, competitor activities, and potential new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience in business development, sales, or related roles, ideally in high-tech (robotics knowledge is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills for market research and data interpretation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Target-driven, proactive and strong work ethic
  • Capable of understanding and conveying complex technical products
