Job Title: Head of Health

As a key member of the Reed Talent Solutions team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Health to lead our Health and Safety initiatives. About the Role

The Head of Health will be responsible for developing and implementing effective health and safety strategies across the organization. This will involve working closely with senior leaders, managers, and employees to identify and mitigate risks, and to promote a culture of health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement health and safety strategies
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance
Requirements
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in health and safety management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and employees
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and regulations
