Health and Safety Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Health, Safety, Sustainability and Quality Systems Manager to join our team at John Sisk and Son. As a key member of our HSSQ team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our HSSQ Management Systems, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain an efficient HSSQ Management System that is clearly understood by all stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with legislative changes that impact operational delivery and ensure our systems are compliant
- Create policies, procedures, processes, and other key associated content to support our HSSQ Management Systems
- Engage with HSSQ Leads to contextualize improvement opportunities and support the implementation of changes
- Support the HSSQ Coordinator in embedding changes and ensuring our systems are effective
- Highly experienced in Construction and Civil Engineering with a strong understanding of HSSQ Management Systems
- Member of National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) at Diploma level or equivalent
- Member of Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) or working towards
- Membership of Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) or working towards
- Qualified Lead Auditor
