We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Health, Safety, Sustainability and Quality Systems Manager to join our team at John Sisk and Son. As a key member of our HSSQ team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our HSSQ Management Systems, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain an efficient HSSQ Management System that is clearly understood by all stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with legislative changes that impact operational delivery and ensure our systems are compliant
- Create policies, procedures, and processes to support our HSSQ Management Systems
- Engage with HSSQ Leads to identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Support the HSSQ Coordinator in embedding changes and ensuring compliance
- Robust knowledge of HSSQ Management Systems and governance processes
- Strong understanding of collaboration and communication principles
- Organisational management skills and experience in construction and civil engineering
- Qualifications in NEBOSH, IEMA, or CQI, or equivalent
