Job Title: Health, Safety, Sustainability and Quality Systems Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, Sustainability and Quality Systems Manager to join our team at Angels Care Health Hudson Manor. As a key member of our HSSQ team, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient HSSQ Management System that is clearly understood by all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of legislative changes that impact operational delivery
  • Create Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HSSQ Management Systems
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure HSSQ Management Systems are effective
  • Provide training and support to employees on HSSQ Management Systems
