The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing feedback from internal stakeholders and external assurance activities, driving continuous improvement through the maintenance of compliant systems within a changing legislative landscape. This critical role will involve translating information into enhanced HSSQ Management System content, requiring a strong understanding of Governance Processes and Collaboration and Communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a robust knowledge of all aspects of HSSQ Management Systems, with experience in Construction and Civil Engineering. A Member of National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) at Diploma level or equivalent is required, as well as Membership of Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) or working towards. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an efficient HSSQ Management System, maintaining knowledge of legislative changes, creating Policies, Procedures, Processes and other key associated content, engaging HSSQ Leads to contextualise improvement opportunities, and supporting HSSQ Coordinator to embed changes.
