The Position

As a key player in our B2B division, you will oversee a variety of food manufacturers and branded clients across the UK. Your responsibilities will include achieving ambitious volume and margin objectives while formulating and implementing innovative business strategies. Building strong relationships with your clients will be essential for launching new products, driving new product development, and fostering ongoing growth, all while ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will report to the B2B Customer Controller and collaborate closely with a team of four, working together to enhance overall sales performance. The B2B unit is also integrated within the broader Mainstream sales team, offering opportunities for further collaboration with Grocery Customer Managers and the Head of Sales.

Candidate Profile

To excel in this role, you should possess strong and innovative solution-based selling capabilities along with sales experience in the FMCG sector. Excellent communication and organizational skills are crucial. You should be able to demonstrate a history of successful relationship-building within your customer base, showcasing a proven track record of driving results and executing new business initiatives. A clean full UK driving license is essential, as business travel is a significant aspect of this position.
