The Position
As a key member of our B2B team, you will oversee a variety of food manufacturers and branded clients across the UK. Your primary responsibilities will include achieving ambitious volume and margin objectives while developing and implementing innovative business strategies. Building strong relationships with your clients will be essential for launching new products, driving new product development, and ensuring sustained growth, all while providing exceptional service. You will report to the B2B Customer Controller and collaborate with a team of four, working closely with colleagues to enhance overall sales performance. The B2B unit is also integrated within the broader Mainstream sales team, offering opportunities for further collaboration with Grocery Customer Managers and the Head of Sales.
Candidate Profile
To excel in this role, you should possess strong and creative solution-oriented selling abilities, along with sales experience in the FMCG sector. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. You will need to demonstrate a history of building successful relationships within your customer base, a proven track record of driving results, and executing new business initiatives. A clean full UK driving license is required, as business travel is a significant aspect of this position.
