  • Offer HR guidance and assistance to employees and management
  • Oversee HR procedures in accordance with organizational policies
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for European branches
  • Work closely with Payroll to ensure precise processing
  • Ensure the integrity of HR systems and data
  • Support recruitment efforts and generate relevant reports
  • Assist in employee relations and performance evaluations
  • Administer the intellectual capital program and manage visa processes

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR administration
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of HR systems, such as PeopleSoft
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
