Key Responsibilities:
As a Logistics Operations Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse inventory management and maintain accurate records upon receipt of goods from the production facility.

Your role will involve coordinating and scheduling the movement of products within the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and segregation to optimize space and facilitate efficient dispatch of finished goods.

You will implement daily production and shipping plans, organizing the storage of surplus stock within the warehouse.
Additionally, you will manage the daily flow of finished products by adjusting storage assignments as necessary.
Confirming the availability of items for shipment will be part of your duties, which includes verifying inventory records or conducting physical counts of required items.
You will identify and report slow-moving inventory, and with appropriate authorization, arrange for its removal.
Conducting manual stock checks and date verifications of warehouse inventory will also be essential.
You will direct forklift operators to store goods in designated areas and load products onto transport vehicles.
Manual handling, repacking, or restacking of finished goods may be required as needed.
Operating a forklift truck will be part of your responsibilities.
All related activities must be documented, and forms and reports completed as necessary.
Additional duties may be assigned as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Bendi FLT license.
- Proficient in computer applications with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools; experience with Sage 200 is advantageous but not essential.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of company product codes and terminology, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Comprehensive understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions regarding inventory management.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and efficiently without supervision.
- Clear understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
- Ability to effectively plan and prioritize workload.
