Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform the general administrative tasks that support daily office operations.
- Greet visitors and assist them with the necessary information while maintaining professionalism.
- Handle any incoming/outgoing mail and packages. This includes sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment.
- Handle customer accounts. This includes order processing, raising paperwork, booking in deliveries, maintaining professional customer relations, etc.
- Any organisational tasks, such as filling, shredding, scanning, and organising files onto our server.
- Any other duties relevant to maintaining an office operational, such as sorting out drinks for visitors and the directors, preparing samples to go out to our customers, communicating with our other departments (warehouse, logistics, production, transport) to ensure customers’ requirements are being met, etc.

- Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
**Salary**: £22,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
