Job Title: Clinical Associate Psychologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Associate Psychologist to join our Primary & Community Mental Health Team at Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support to patients with long-term mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with health and community services to enhance clinical care structures and improve patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with patients, both individually and in groups, to provide holistic and person-centred care.
- Support the development and implementation of effective treatment plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the team, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the quality of care provided.
Requirements:
- Strong clinical skills and experience in working with patients with long-term mental health conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
