Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based CBT to service users experiencing psychosis and other complex mental health issues.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be working within our Early Intervention in Psychosis multi-disciplinary service, providing CBT to service users and co-working to deliver family interventions. You will also be involved in facilitating multi-disciplinary reflective practice groups and team formulation sessions, supervision, consultation, running teaching & training, and audit/research, as well as being involved in service improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based CBT to service users experiencing psychosis and other complex mental health issues.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver family interventions and other therapeutic approaches.
- Facilitate multi-disciplinary reflective practice groups and team formulation sessions.
- Provide supervision, consultation, and training to colleagues.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CBT and experience working with service users with complex mental health needs. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements- Qualification in Clinical Psychology or CBT.
