As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting young people aged 8-16 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.

About the Role

As a Children's Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that enables young people to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally. You will work closely with our team to provide individualised support, promoting positive relationships and encouraging young people to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, promoting trust and respect
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment, promoting positive relationships and encouraging young people to reach their full potential
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide individualised support and promote positive outcomes for young people

We offer a competitive salary of £31,840-£34,240 (inclusive of sleeps), plus a range of benefits, including:
