About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Data Executive to join our ambitious Marketing team in our Bristol or Exeter office. As a key member of our business services team, you will play a vital role in supporting the CRM Strategy and Insights Lead to improve the success of our marketing, business development, and client management efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM System Customisation and Development: Contribute to the customisation and development of our new CRM system, Intapp DealCloud, to ensure it meets the needs of our business.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships across the Firm to understand roles, priorities, business objectives, and how CRM can assist in achieving them.
  • Data Management: Maintain end-user accounts, proxy access, and security settings to ensure our data is clean, up-to-date, and GDPR compliant.
  • Business Development and Marketing: Develop innovative marketing and business development strategies and work closely with Partners and colleagues to implement them, contributing to the growth of the Firm.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Office, including advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and data processing on digital platforms.
  • A commercial, proactive, 'can-do' approach to work.
