Warehouse Operative - CRU Returns

Menzies Distribution is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our CRU Returns team in Newbridge. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of customer stock.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process customer deliveries, verifying quantities and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Pick and pack customer orders, adhering to agreed turn-round targets and dispatching orders with accurate documentation.
  • Load trailers with customer goods, ensuring timely and efficient loading.
  • Put away customer goods in the warehouse, maintaining a clean and organized storage environment.
  • Perform manual handling tasks, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Conduct regular stock integrity and quality checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse environment, including the outside forecourts.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and team working skills.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • A professional manner and attitude.
  • Experience operating within a warehouse environment.
  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
