Warehouse Operative - CRU Returns

Menzies Distribution is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our CRU Returns team in Newbridge. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of customer stock.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process customer deliveries, verifying quantities and recording receipt
  • Pick and pack customer orders, meeting agreed turn-round targets and dispatching orders with accurate paperwork
  • Load trailers with customer goods, ensuring timely and efficient loading
  • Put away customer goods from the warehouse floor into racking, maintaining stock integrity and quality
  • Perform manual handling of products, adhering to safety requirements
  • Contribute to a clean and organized warehouse environment, including shelf dusting, gangway clearance, and litter removal
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
  • A professional manner and ability to work independently
  • Experience operating within a warehouse environment, with a preference for MHE licenses
  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
