We are pleased to announce an opportunity for the role of Patient Flow Specialist within our dynamic Accident and Emergency Team. The successful candidate will be engaged in supporting patient flow across our facilities.
This position involves managing communication within the department, updating electronic systems regarding patient status, coordinating bed requests for incoming patients, and diligently monitoring our performance targets. This role is crucial in collaborating with clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
While prior experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided. You will interact with various staff members, making strong communication skills essential.
Candidates should be proficient with different IT systems and possess the ability to effectively manage their daily tasks. The ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment is necessary due to the fast-paced nature of the role.

Key Responsibilities
You will collaborate closely with the senior nursing team to ensure a safe and efficient patient journey through the Emergency Department.
