Job Title: Head of Performance Proposition

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our performance proposition team at dunnhumby. As Head of Performance Proposition, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement through our performance advertising offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a performance proposition strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of performance proposition specialists to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless execution of performance proposition initiatives.
