About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the gym, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assume the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence, providing seamless leadership and direction to the team.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, working closely with the General Manager and other senior leaders.
  • Lead and deliver operational excellence, ensuring the gym is run efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quality and customer experience.
  • Deliver set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring the gym is meeting its targets and objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

About You:

  • Must have experience in a management position within a leisure-related industry, ideally with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Must be passionate about customer service and have a strong leadership style, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Must be qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor and have experience in driving sales and marketing activity.
  • Ideally, you will have experience as an Assistant Manager or Fitness Manager, with a strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.
