The Square Room was establised in 2011 and has rapidly grown over the past twelve years to become one of the largest Estate Agent's on the Fylde Coast.
**Duties and responsibilities to include**:
- Answering incoming calls
- Booking appointments for viewings and valuations
- Accompany viewings using company car
- Help to write up property brochures
- Filing all relevant paperwork
- Be extremely organised and have good time management
- Have a good telephone manner
- Maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients and colleagues
- Be able to deal with a fast paced and busy environment
- Willing to learn and progress within the company
**QUALIFICATIONS / RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**:
Essential
- PC literate and able to use basic Microsoft Office packages.
- 5 GCSE’s Grade A-C including Maths and English or equivalent.
- Driving Licence

Job vacancy is full time to work the following alternate 5 day weeks:
Week One
- Monday to Friday
Week Two
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday
Salary : £21,200 per annum plus bonus
