Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Offshore Wind Advisor, you will:

  • Lead engagements with clients to understand their challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement agreed solutions effectively.
  • Manage your own projects while contributing technical expertise to other initiatives.
  • Engage in project management and bid management activities.
  • Travel as necessary to meet clients and visit project sites.

What We Are Looking For:

  • In-depth knowledge of offshore wind project development.
  • Extensive experience in renewable energy consulting or project management.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching abilities to support team development.
  • A proactive approach to identifying innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and identify new business opportunities.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
