We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital trading team, you will be responsible for driving digital sales through commercial strategic planning, initiative building, and operationalisation of our digital fascias.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Strategic Planning: Develop and execute campaign, brand, and promotional strategies to drive digital sales and improve conversion rates.
- Trading and Execution: Manage the day-to-day trading and execution of multiple websites, ensuring sales and contribution targets are met.
- Reporting and Analysis: Oversee and guide team analysis of seasonal sales patterns, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and producing action plans to ensure sales and contribution targets are met.
- Team Management: Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills, setting clear objectives, goals, and development plans for your team.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders across digital and broader business teams to plan fascia digital trading calendars and drive commercial growth.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar digital role in a retail or consumer brand.
- Skills: Analytical with strong reporting skills, advanced Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel user.
- Qualifications: Valid working rights for the UK.
