CPS Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth through acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Change Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of business change processes and transformation, and apply this knowledge to support the growth of our organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders at all levels, assessing changes and capturing, analyzing, mapping, and documenting requirements to ensure seamless business transformation.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing (functionality and user acceptance) to ensure that business changes are thoroughly tested and validated.
- Project Support: Support the Project Manager with RAID logs and take up PM responsibilities when needed to cover workload for holidays, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Stakeholder Influence: Excellent stakeholder influencing skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and Conceptual Thinking: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Business Change and Readiness: Excellent knowledge of business change and readiness, with the ability to apply this knowledge to support business growth.
- Agile Methodologies: Comfortable working in a Waterfall environment, with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
