About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Change Management initiatives in the automotive sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving effective change management to prevent scope creep and ensuring the contractual change process is followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust Management Plans, including PMP and IMS, in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Review and approve risk management process recommendations to eliminate or significantly mitigate risks.
  • Manage contract development activities, including procurement, finance, and legal consultation.
  • Oversee supplier and subcontractor capacity and capabilities, ensuring technical, cost, schedule, and contract baselines are met.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports on performance variances and impacts to overall programme performance.

About You

You will have a proven track record in delivering projects or task work packages, ideally in the automotive sector. Excellent communication skills are essential to motivate multi-functional teams, keep customers updated on progress, and drive projects forward.

Requirements

  • Full, clean UK driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain BPSS clearance.
