About the Role

The Resident Host will be a key member of the team at Get Living's new neighbourhood in Maidenhead. As a pioneer in the build-to-rent sector, we are committed to delivering an exceptional resident experience. The team is responsible for ensuring our neighbourhoods are prepared to a high standard for viewings and occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, colleagues, couriers, and contractors.
  • Ensure a seamless experience from first enquiry to move-in and throughout residency.
  • Work closely with the team to maintain a high standard of neighbourhood preparation.
