Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents and visitors, making them feel welcome and comfortable in our community.
  • Assist residents with maintenance issues, complaints, emergencies, and ad-hoc requests, escalating any concerns to the building or estate manager as necessary.
  • Manage parcel deliveries on behalf of residents, keeping them informed via our messaging system.
  • Conduct regular site walk-arounds to identify and address any issues, ensuring the security and safety of our community.
  • Provide advice and recommendations on local amenities and services, enhancing the overall resident experience.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the concierge space and front lobby are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Participate in system testing, including fire alarms, emergency lighting, and smoke vents, to ensure our community's safety and security.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a concierge or in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in customer service or security.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Health and safety qualifications, a plus.
  • Attention to detail, accountability, and a positive, can-do attitude.
